Handmade Carnival Cupie Doll - Marguerite

My fondest memories of visiting the Royal Melbourne Show as a child was coming home each year with 'dolly on a stick'. Back in 2013 I created a batch of my own dolls inspired by those from my childhood and these are my remaining girls.

Marguerite wears two glittery gold pom-poms upon her noggin, a green glittered bodice, and a full burgundy organza skirt trimmed with green and gold ribbons and gold flower sequins.
